The Three Horseshoes Turves Community Hub Ltd (Three Horseshoes Hub) Steering Group, was formerly working through the Turves and District Residents’ Association (TDRA). The Steering Group was formed to raise the funds required to purchase the public house at 344 March Road, to repair and transform it into a Community Hub. The Hub could offer many different services, including food and drink, live music, quiz nights, a small shop, pop-up health services, movie nights, an internet cafe and meeting rooms for residents to use. This would more than likely involve all day opening. In addition to Turves residents/villagers, the pub has previously attracted custom from nearby communities, fishermen, walkers, cyclists and train spotters. Add a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and we are convinced it will be successful!
